Lawmaker Wants To Lighten First-Time Marijuana Possession Sentences

State Rep. Rory Ellinger (D-University City) is proposing legislation that would lessen penalties for possession of small amounts of marijuana in Missouri, and would allow for some misdemeanor criminal records to be expunged.
